Ubisoft announced today that all versions of Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands will be launching May 18th in North America and May 20th in Europe. No matter if you only own a DS, PSP, Wii, 360, PS3, or PC, you will be able to get in some Prince of Persia action.
Ubisoft also announced some details on the Wii version of the title saying that it is being built ground up for the Wii and it will offer a different gaming experience then the other consoles. Ubisoft plans on making use of the Wii’s unique controls and capabilities and said the average gamer will have to spend 15 hours playing the title before they will see the credits roll.
Ubisoft, as almost every developer says nowadays, says they fully utilizes the Wii’s graphical capabilities with Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands. Along with that statement they released two lovely screenshots which you can check out after the jump. Not too bad for the Wii.
