Halo: Reach wouldn’t be a Halo title without the Limited Editions or Legendary Editions. And while Halo: Reach’s release date is still unknown, Microsoft has announced what kind of swag players can get with Halo: Reach.
The cheaper Limited Editions includes a special “ONI Black Box” which the game will ship in along with an artifact bag which includes Dr. Halsey’s personal journal entries, classified documents, and more that will reveal some of the secrets of the Halo universe. Players will also get exclusive elite armor for multiplayer in Halo: Reach. All of that for $79.99.
The real meat, of course, is the Legendary Edition. In the Legendary Edition you get all the lovely contents of the limited edition plus UNSC-themed custom packaging and a Noble Team statue. The Legendary Edition also gives players a special multiplayer armor which makes your Spartan’s head catch on fire. All of this for the price tag of $149.99.
Along with the announcement of the special editions, Bungie released a new developer diary video where members of the team talk about their favorite features in Halo: Reach’s multiplayers.
You can check out both the developer diary and glamor shots of the special editions after the jump.
