Unreleased NES Blaster Master Sequel Heading to Virtual Console

Sunsoft is doing something new with the Virtual Console –  releasing an unreleased title.

Blaster Master: Destination Fred is a title that, if you were lucky, you may have gotten the chance to play. The title saw a limited run in Los Angeles via the PlayChoice-10 arcade cabinet Nintendo had put out.

The title never made it to home consoles…until now! On April 26th in North America, Wii owners will get to play this unreleased NES title.

Now if only we could get Star Fox 2 on the Virtual Console.

    1. I thought about it, but it didn’t sound too ridiculous so I went with it. Really anything on April 1st should be taken in mind it might be a joke, but I’m not going to post everything under a rumor lol.

  1. I could be wrong but I don’t think this is a joke. Surely there are much more popular franchises to make an April Fool’s out of. I know if I were going to do an April Fool’s like this, I would’ve used StarFox 2 or MOTHER instead.
