Treyarch Making a Handcrafted Co-op Mode for Call of Duty: Black Ops

When you think co-op you often think the single player… but with more players. Treyarch wants to change that in Call of Duty: Black Ops. Along side the typical single player mode and competitive multiplayer modes, Treyarch wants to create a completely seprate co-op experience.

The team says that multiple co-op modes are in the works, but wouldn’t go into any details. We do know that the game will support up to 4 player co-op though.

I think we will probably see something similar to Modern Warfare 2’s Co-op missions, but from the sounds of it they will have many other modes in the work as well.

Zombies anyone? Zombies in snow. Snow zombies. Last Christmas by Wham!
