Square-Enix recently announced their stab at the Monster Hunter Market, but D3 has already taken part of the market in Japan with God Eater. D3 recently confirmed a sequel for the PSP exclusive. The title is more of an expansion rather then a fully new game. Hence why Namco Bandai, who is localizing the title in North America, canned the original God Eater’s localization and is going straight for God Eater Burst.
The title includes all of the content in the original game, so players won’t be missing out on much. Plus, you will be getting all the new content which includes a second story that takes place 3 months after the original God Eater, new attacks, quests, new features and more.
The title is set for a release next year in western regions and is a PSP exclusive. You can check out the Japanese debut trailer for God Eater Burst after the jump.
