While Tactics ogre: Let Us Cling Together for the PSP is visually similar to the original, it doesn’t seem that Square-Enix will be cutting back on new content, in addition to new spells, skills, features, and classes, the title will also be introducing tons of new story content. Those who pick up the title can expect to find all new characters, side stories, and dialog.
To put how much more into perspective, the original script for the Super Nintendo release was 300,000 characters, the PSP remake hits 700,000. If you haven’t played the original, you can also compare this to Final Fantasy XII where the script hit 600,000 characters.
The title lands this November in Japan. It has been confirmed for both North American and European releases, but no date has been announced.
