If you look at Kinect’s launch line-up, there aren’t many full games there. Plenty of fitness and mini game collections, but not much in terms of full in-depth experiences. While we do know that some are on the way, right now the window of when they will be arriving is unclear.
While titles are bound to arrive earlier, at the very least we know that by Holiday 2011, we may have a full title, Star Wars Kinect. Along with announcing this information, Kinect’s creative director, Kudo Tsunoda, has said that he has seen the title recently.
“I think you could just easily imagine being a Jedi and using Kinect to make you feel you’re part of a Star Wars experience, building yourself up into a Jedi. I’ve seen a bunch of the game and it’s super compelling.”
We have yet to see a live demo for the title, but the original footage shown was supposedly 100% gameplay footage. We will have to see how the game evolves over the next year. You can check out the E3 2010 trailer after the jump.
