Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

We have known for awhile now that Square was working on a Kingdom Hearts game for the 3DS. Now we have  a name, but not much else to go on. The name isn’t quite as bad as 358/2 days, but Dream Drop Distance is pretty corny.

There is a pretty short trailer which shows some radically different gameplay featuring crazy traversal stuff with Sora and Riku flying around the areas. Also they showed several things they may give credence to this taking place after Kingdom Hearts 2. Sora is on the island and he has the scroll found at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2. Rikku is also in this game as a playable character. Check out the trailer after the jump.

    1. I’ve seen many people say this, but I’m not sure what’s so bad about extra games. I’ve enjoyed all of them very much, and I think the series has a better story because of them.

    2. Can you please realise that all this ‘bs’ is actually having an impact on the storyline and is moving it forward, albeit slowly? Or would you prefer to be completely and utterly oblivious to every story element in the series that hasn’t been featured in KH, KHII, and KHIII?
