Well I am 2 days into Castlevania Lords of Shadow for Xbox 360 and so far it’s been a nice experience (despite glitches).
Only to discover that servers are down.
The FFXIV Beta Test Site site has the following latest update:
Continue reading Logging into Final Fantasy XIV for the first time…
…That’s similar to the noise I made when I received my beta code for Final Fantasy XIV today.
Sooo yeah I was just over at my moms house and she mentioned her gutters being full of ice…
the more i looked at her roof the more i felt i needed to jump off of it
so I attempted to take a sled up there but sadly, the snow was too light and deep for the sled to actually move
so i did the next best thing…i just hurled myself off
note: don’t try this at home, if you do, i’m definitly not responsible for your stupidity…and i’m going to laugh at you if you or your parents call me from the hospital :p
Video after the break

There’s only a million different ways to say how vexed the announcement of apple’s iPad makes me. Not quite as angry as the announcement of Left 4 Dead 2, but pretty close.
First of all, it’s not an iPod, it’s not a Laptop, it’s hardly a computer at all…AND IT STILL DOESN’T HAVE FLASH capabilities…honestly if I can’t check my Cafe World app on Facebook than Apple can take their iPad and suck it.

Ok guys I am very excited about this!! First of all I’m making this post from my iPod touch I recieved for Christmas…but that’s not what this post is all about.
At Magfest I had the priviledge of hearing a band called Metroid Metal perform. If you have never heard of them head over to www.metroidmetal.com and listen to their music.
Seeing as how we are about to do a Metroid Marathon I sent them an email and they were pretty excited and have offered to donate several cd’s and perhaps t shirts (ok I forgot to ask about t shirts).
The album is titled Varia Suit and I love it, especially the Lower Norfair track.
I can’t wait for this marathon!
Well the weekend is over and i am sorely sad to see it pass. The past almost week has been amazing. So much happened and there is so much to talk about, I can’t fit it all into one article, so click through to read all about the Adventure of Phil, Baltes, and Tim at Magfest 8!
Thanks for watching everybody!
I don’t know about you guys, but there is a great amount of satisfaction that comes from knowing things months before everyone else. Like todays news from Ubisoft that a new Prince of Persia game is coming.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, will tie into the Sands of Time storyline and is expected to release in May 2010 on consoles and handhelds.
It is unknown at this time if the game will be a direct tie-in to the upcoming film, set to release around the same time as the game.
Ubisoft has announced a “Worldwide Reveal” of the game to take place December 12th during Spike TV’s 2009 Video Game Awards. Nice try Ubisoft, you’ve almost tempted me to actually watch that this year.
If you have been thinking of purchasing Dragon Age: Origins, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed by the game. However if you own a PS3 and were thinking of buying the Collectors, you may want to hold off on this.
It seems that EA decided to put the PS3 Collectors Edition disc onto a blu-ray to take advantage of the PS3’s blu-ray drive. This is great, except the disc has the gorgeous game soundtrack in it’s entirety…in mp3 format. The ps3 CAN read mp3’s but not if they are on a blu-ray disc.
So owners of the Collectors edition cannot access the soundtrack unless they have another device capable of reading mp3’s from a blu-ray, or unless they buy a blu-ray drive for their PC.
If i owned a ps3 (not until FFXIII comes out xD) I would be pretty upset if I paid $75 for a collectors edition, only to find out that i can’t access content on it from my PS3.
