StarCraft II expansion and Diablo III not coming for the "next few years"

During a presentation in New York, Activision Blizzard revealed that we won’t be seeing Diablo III or an expansion to StarCraft II for the “next few years”. That means we could still be waiting for Diablo III in 2012, which would be a whopping 12 years after Diablo II was released.

Aside from the already known franchises, Activision Blizzard’s unannounced MMO was also included in the bunch for the next few years. Considering World of Warcraft is still doing so well, I’m sure they are in no hurry to pump that new MMO out.
