Ever since L.A Noire was released, Team Bondi, the guys and gals who helped Rockstar make the game, have been hit with scandals, shocking allegations of working conditions and how staff are treated, but now it seems they will be closing their doors forever.
All the paper work for getting the money owed to the creditors have been handed into the Australian Securities and Investments Comission, including a liquidator. The International Game Developers Association were keeping tabs on the team following credit omissions and other mistreatment of staff, but with them looking to not see Hallowe’en, let alone Christmas, any further punishment and investigation may be dropped.
This will not effect the PC port of L.A. Noire, which is being done by Rockstar Leeds, with the copyright of the game laying with Rockstar themselves, so a sequel is also still possible.

Rockstar’s L.A. Noire gets another trailer, although it’s less of a promotional video like the past ones and more like a standard trailer. If you’ve seen any of the previous trailers, nothing really new to see here. ‘There’s a case! Show interrogation! He messed up! Cut to some one yelling at you!’ Don’t get me wrong, I’m really interested in L.A. Noire. The trailers are just getting kind of repetitive.
Either way, if you’re looking forward to the title, L.A. Noire is launching on the 17th next month in North America and the 20th in Europe. You’ll be able to pick the title up on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

With Red Dead Redemption catching Game of the Year awards all over, Rockstar Games has a lot to live up to with their next title, L.A. Noire.
The stand out feature of L.A. Noire are its facial animations. If you have seen a trailer, you know what I mean. If not, definitely watch the video after the jump. Not only does it create a realistic sense of characters, but it plays into the gameplay as well. Interrogating and questioning suspects and witnesses will have a heavy reliance on being able to read their faces.
The video also covers some minor gun play, mission structure, and more. Be sure to check it out after the jump!
